Called a few weeks ahead to find out about service I needed. Went @ 8:15AM was helped immediately by nice gentleman. Brought a coupon for free vehicle inspection beyond scope of service requested. They called when that inspection completed to inform me of their findings. No pressure from them that concerns had to be fixed today. They gave me numerous viable options and time frames for inspection items to be addressed. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. I did my transmission service as planned and will budget for other need to do items. They told me they would need my truck for approximately 4 hrs. They did well to have truck ready in time projected. Have no complaints and will return for future services.

These guys were amazing. I have had 2 bad experiences with other shops prior to bringing my car here. They rebuilt the transmission on my Expedition for less than most other reputable shops. Positive experience and highly recommended to anyone looking for transmission work.
Being taking my vehicle for transportation repairs. Afte transmission overhaul. There was an oil leak. They claim it was a retaining seal. But my vehicle still has some issues. It's having a ruff start rpm needle moving up and down. Overall I'm still having car issues. Today I'm going to take my vehicle back to the shop again.
